About this space
The foyer space is a welcoming entrance, which can be booked independently from the main room and be used for smaller events.
The space is fully accessible with everything for the public being on one floor and with accessible toilets. If you are performing and need to get back stage there is an accessible lift into this area where the stage plus changing area can be reached.
When you book the space it is solely yours to use meaning the surrounding noise will be what you create. The main room is pretty much sound proof from the outside world with the doors closed so if you were doing any filming it would be effected from external sound.
The foyer space has plenty of natural with a windowed shutter at the front letting in lots of lights however the main room is the opposite with no external light so perfect for film events.
We are open to all sorts of events taking place and best to touch base with the event team to see if what you are looking to do is achievable.

FarGo Village’s Persona
FarGo Village welcomes a wide variety of people and we, therefore, ask you to be considerate of this when on site. Please be aware:
Inconsiderate and inappropriate language and behaviour are not tolerated.
There is zero tolerance to any activities which could jeopardize FarGo Village’s reputation.
Litter is disposed into the appropriate bins provided or removed from the site.
All instructions from Site Management are adhered to and acted on promptly.
Any problems or concerns are raised with Site Management.

FarGo Village’s Cosmetics
Please ask before taking any action which could have an impact on the walls and surfaces of FarGo Village. In particular please ensure that:
The buildings, venues and surroundings are not permanently altered or damaged in any way.
Under no circumstances should anything be drilled/hammered into or painted onto the walls or floor.
No naked flames unless stated otherwise.
All proposed fixtures and or fittings receive prior approval including marquee and stage erection.
The Site is left in the same condition in which it was found. If any additional cleaning is required as a result of your event, you will be liable for the costs including any associated VAT (please see the damage and cleaning deposit).
Any damages incurred will be the responsibility of the organiser and must be reinstated at their expense.
If the site or the buildings are damaged or items from within are damaged or stolen as a result of security obligations being neglected by the organiser, any costs incurred will be covered by the organiser.
All items brought onto site must be removed during close down times as advised.
