The Main Hall at Ashdown Crescent offers a superb setting for a wide range of events, including celebrations, conferences, business meetings, and activity classes.

Key Booking Information:

• Availability: The hall is available for private hire on weekends only, with operating hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. All hirers must vacate the venue by 10:00 PM.

• Pricing:

  • The rental rate starts at £66 per hour for local residents in the NW3 and NW5 postcodes. (specify during checkout)

  • For all other hirers, the standard hourly rate is £78 per hour.

• Venue specific terms and conditions:

  • A £300 deposit must be paid up front - we will be in touch to collect this after you book

  • Failure to leave on time will incur you an a fine of £150 which will be taken from your depositIf the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the hire date, all deposits and fees will be refunded minus a £50 cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the hire date, the £300 deposit will be retained.
