Upstairs at The Dome

The Upstairs at the Dome at the Ashdown Crescent site provides a vibrant, dynamic space ideal for events, group activities, or large meetings. This area can be hired independently or in conjunction with the main sports hall on the ground floor.

The space is fully equipped for large or small groups, featuring a dedicated kitchen facility and recreational equipment like table tennis, snooker tables, and games consoles.

Booking Details & Pricing:

• Availability: Bookings are restricted to weekends between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

• Exit Time: Hirers must ensure the venue is completely vacated by 10:00 PM sharp.

• Food Policy: Please note that no food is permitted to be consumed inside The Dome building.

• Rates:

  • Local Resident Rate (NW5 & NW3): £66 per hour.

  • Standard Hourly Rate: £78 per hour. (This represents a 15.38% discount for local area residents.)

Deposit and Cancellation Terms:

• Security Deposit: A £300 deposit is required upfront to secure your reservation.

• Late Departure Fine: Failure to leave the venue by the 10:00 PM exit time will incur a £150 fine, which will be deducted from your security deposit.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the hire date receive a full refund, minus a £50 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the hire date will result in the full £300 deposit being retained.
